CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES:

1. 100% refund prior to 60 days of check-in date, minus a 3% transaction processing fee.

2. 50% refund between 30 and 60 days of check-in date. Reservations made between 30 and 60 days of check-in date are subject to a 100% refund if request for refund is made within 5 days after reservation date, minus a 3% transaction processing fee. 

3. Reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to check-in date are 100% non-refundable.

4. All Holiday and Special Event stays are 100% non-refundable.

5. We are unable to refund or prorate based on any issues or delays including but not limited to: weather, health or other personal reasons.


How do I check in?

Come to the office, which is the first building on your right as you enter the village to check in. 
After Office Hours: There is a lock box outside of the office with a red phone next to it, please pick up the phone, which will auto-dial to our call center, give the call center your name and they will give you the lock box code and once you open it there will be an envelope inside with your name, the envelope will have a map of the village, amenities codes for the pool, hot tubs, and beach area (address to the beach will be on the code list) also a code or a key in which to enter your unit. Please stop by the office, the next day, to check in and register your vehicle. 

How do I get there?

The easiest way to find us is to follow the signs to Whitefish Mountain Resort, the ski area, once you reach Whitefish. The signs are brown or green. Turn onto Big Mountain Road and follow it up. On the newer part of the road (much wider) you will come to a big switchback. When the road straightens out look to the right and you will see our sign. We are located at 3000 Big Mountain Road,  approximately 5 miles up Big Mountain Road. If you need more specific instructions, please call us at 406-862-3594.  We will be happy to help.

Are Pets Allowed?

Sorry, we do not allow pets in our rental or RCI units.

What are the check in check out times?

Check in is at 4 PM.  Check out is at 10 AM.

Do you offer planned activities?

No, we don't offer planned activities.  

What is supplied in the unit?

Your unit is completely furnished and supplied with linens, dishes, cookware and utensils.  You will only need food and your personal items.

What do I need to bring?

You will want to pick up groceries in Whitefish.  We have two large supermarkets  located on Highway 93, south of town.  These are Safeway and Super One.  Markus Foods is a smaller fully stocked market located downtown on Baker Avenue.  Alpine Grocery is the closest to us on Wisconsin Avenue. Other than groceries, you will only need your personal items. 

How far are you from Glacier Park?

We are about 30 miles away from the west entrance at West Glacier.  It usually takes from 40-45 minutes to drive there from the village. 

How far are you from Whitefish?

We are about 7 miles from the center of Whitefish. 

How far are you from the ski hill?

We are 2.9 miles below the base of the mountain.  

Do I need a car or can I take a taxi or shuttle?

You will need a car in order to fully enjoy your stay.  We are located 7 miles from the heart of Whitefish on the slopes of Big Mountain. There are taxis available in Whitefish and Kalispell and shuttle service is available from the airport for a fee. The Flathead Valley offers Uber and Lyft services, which you can access from their App.
