The condo is equipped with a standard 50-gallon water heater, which is designed to serve a household of 3-4 people. While the property sleeps up to 8, hot water may be limited during peak usage times (e.g., multiple back-to-back showers). We recommend staggering showers and hot water appliance use (laundry, dishwasher) to ensure everyone has an enjoyable stay. A typical shower uses about 20 gallons of hot water.

• Bedroom 2: Comfortable Queen bed, plus a sofa bed for extra guests
• Bathroom: Recently remodeled with a walk-in shower for your convenience
