Vincent Zenone, Board of Directors President
When Vince isn't attending to his adorable granddaughter, he's attending to Ptarmigan Village. This man is dedicated to our community. He's held roles on previous POA boards and was asked to archive prior board minutes and records. This site should help provide access.
As BOD President, Vince sets the agenda for our monthly board meetings and ensures discussions are productive. He is the primary liaison between the board, our owners and our employees. Please email him if you have a topic for discussion. President@PtarmiganVillage.com
Angela Sanders, Board of Directors Secretary and Treasurer
Angela and her husband Ron have owned 51 Red Deer for the last 3 years. She enjoys skiing Whitefish Mountain, hiking in Glacier National Park, and is thrilled to serve on the Ptarmigan board. As secretary, she is our "custodian of records" managing bylaws, meeting minutes and other records. As the treasurer, she maintains fiscal records, manages the budget, and provides oversight and compliance. Her background includes an MBA from Washington University and 20 years managing marketing budgets for large companies like Subway. If you have questions about the budget or need help accessing records, please email her at Secretary@PtarmiganVillage.com.
Roger Sievers, Board of Directors
Roger and his wife Luann have been members of the Ptarmigan Owners Association since 2002, first as unit and more recently as lot owners. After serving in the U.S. Army and attending graduate school at USC, he joined the CIA, working as an analyst and manager for over 30 years. During this time, Roger was also able to serve on two BODs, once as Secretary. He and Luann became full time Montana residents in 2019 and enjoy outdoor activities, like biking, hiking, kayaking, and skiing.
Denise Gibson Spiess, Board of Directors
Denise has been a Ptarmigan owner since 2018 and is most honored to serve on the Board of Directors. She works diligently to preserve its unique beauty and exceptional management. Her home is at 214 Tamarack Lane. Through her work experience in risk management and insurance; her education in risk finance, math and science; and her tenure over many years as Treasurer on various boards, she contributes to the continued success and excellence found in Ptarmigan. Her commitment to Ptarmigan owners is to uphold her fiduciary responsibility and provide complete transparency in decision-making by listening, learning, and making ethical decisions that serve our community well.
Bob Stefko, Board of Directors
Bob is "almost" retired, but we're happy to have his Architectural knowledge on the Ptarmigan Village board. He takes the lead on all architectural related policies and requests. He and his wife have completed a gorgeous remodel of their townhouse, removing the spiral staircase and adding an amazing deck. We're hoping for another invite!
Calvin Storey, Board of Directors
Calvin is our Canadian board member from Calgary, Alberta. He and his wife Tamara have been owners in Ptarmigan Village since 1992, and thoroughly enjoy everything the village and area has to offer. A Civil Engineering Technologist with 23 years as a Project Manager at Canadian Pacific Railway, and 15 years as a General Manager for a General Contractor, Calvin is satisfied by problem solving, and moving forward in a productive manner. He is easy-going with a respectful manner and a sincere appreciation for the dedicated work by all of the staff, and the other board members.
Elections are held each year during the Annual Meeting in October. To run, please send a short email with the information below to Angela Sanders, Secretary by September 15th. The ballot will be circulated and tabulated on this site. Results will be announced at the meeting.
