Announcing the resignation of Corey Clark and Wes Buschang as our General Managers effective July 13, 2026. The duo have done some excellent work for Ptarmigan Village, and we are grateful.  

 

As we conduct the search for a new General Manager, we've posted the job description on several online job portals, such as Indeed and Glassdoor.  Please let us know if you have a contact you think would be good for the role.  

 

We plan to conduct interviews via zoom as well as in person and hope to have the position filled in June. 

 

 

Don't forget, the Board is holding a Special Meeting of the Membership to discuss our five-year strategic plan, and our 206-2027 Budget.

Owner’s Guest and Rental Guest Check-in: 
Please ensure your guests check in at the Ptarmigan Office upon arrival. If the office is closed, they should complete a registration card and place it in the key drop box. This helps us monitor occupancy and assist guests as needed.
 
Contractors and Service Providers:

Please notify the Ptarmigan Office before any contracted work begins on your unit or lot. Ensure that contractors do not block walkways or stairs with materials and equipment. Maintaining a tidy workspace is essential for the safety of our owners, guests and visitors.

 

Water Shutoffs to Condominiums:

For non-emergency work requiring a water shutoff to your unit, please coordinate with the office at least 24 hours in advance so we can notify affected neighbors as may be applicable.

 

Village Sign:

Maintenance is currently restoring the original Ptarmigan Village sign, and we look forward to its return soon.
