Financial Review and Financial Audit Update
An annual Financial Review is required by our Bylaws, and a Financial Audit was agreed upon in part to resolve employee grievances through mitigation. The BOD anticipates approval of the selection of a CPA on or about April 6, 2026, and to have the CPA commence with the financial audit alongside the financial review to save costs.

Budgeting and Strategic Planning
We are beginning this process for the upcoming fiscal year (July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027). We plan to review the budget and strategic plan, often referred to as the 5-Year Plan, for the upcoming fiscal year with the membership at a Special Meeting of the Members on Saturday May 23, 2026 – time and location to be determined. With this meeting scheduled during the Memorial Day holiday weekend, we anticipate many of our members may be enjoying the holiday right here in the Village and can take some time to attend the Special Meeting in person. Zoom links will be available for those of us who can not attend in person. More information will be available in next month’s Ptelegram, as well as this website.
