Family members rented nearby places in the village which allowed for easy gatherings and visiting. The swimming pool was wonderful with hot tub and sauna and also the private beach.

This was our second trip to Montana, but our first time staying at Ptarmigan, and we absolutely loved it. We were initially a bit concerned about the drive from Ptarmigan to West Glacier, but it was very easy and completely doable. Theres also a ski resort just up the mountain from the cabin thats definitely worth a visit. A couple of things to note: the bathrooms and bedrooms dont have locks, and there are stairs right inside the front door leading to the second floor, which might be important for anyone with mobility concerns. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it!

Great for 6 adults to share! Two bathrooms, kitchen stocked very well! Lots of linen. Easy access. Loved it!

Cute and cozy condo in a wonderful location. It was perfect for my family and me as we travelled to Glacier National Park!

Had a great stay. The upstairs was pretty warm most of the time, but downstairs where the bedrooms were stayed very cool during the stay which was nice. The interior doors were a little dated and hard to close / lock. Be careful on the rug in the living room. It didnt have a mat underneath which made it slide on the wood floor and we almost had a few falls sliding on the rug. Location was pretty nice. We spent the full 5 days of our trip at Glacier National Park. The closest entrance to the park was about a 40 minute drive away. Overall, the trip was very nice. Be sure to bring a cool sticker to stick on the pole in the living room!

Just finished a 4-night stay with our 3 kids- what a fabulous vacation!!! The home was beautiful and the Location was perfect! We loved being on the mountain. And Ptarmigan Village was fantastic! Everyone we ran into was super friendly! The fishing pond is right across the street; laundry facility is walkable, right down the road. Indoor pool was walking distance- kids Loved that!!! Town had great eats and fun shops! Honestly- we needed a few more days to take it all in! We will definitely be coming back!!

The condo at Ptarmigan Village was very homey and peaceful, a great base camp for our adventures in the Whitefish and Glacier National Park areas. Especially loved having coffee on the deck in the mornings. The entire experience - booking, check-in, the stay itself, and check-out - was great and Corey was a very responsive host. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment with comfortable beds and sitting area. Loved the soft blankets. Great supply of coffee and teas.

We really enjoyed our stay, the condo was very nice and had lots of accessories to use in the kitchen for cooking. However I think they should advise guests that the staircase down to the bedrooms is very narrow and steep in case there are any Mobility issues. The beds are very comfortable and it was very quiet and comfortable. Overall the place was very clean but the bathrooms could have used a little more attention regarding sweeping and mopping prior to our arrival considering we had a fairly High cleaning fee we had to pay at booking.

We enjoyed our stay. The community center was a nice addition! The lock box malfunctioned (no fault of his) and Corey responded very quickly to get us in. We would love to come back in the future.

Very quaint. Beds and pillows were comfortable. It was just the perfect little place to relax after a ski day. Pool and jacuzzi were loved by all!

Fantastic location if you are skiing at Whitefish Mountain Resort. The cabin itself is perfect for a group. The staff were incredibly helpful and even helped mail back some items for me, special thank you to Patty.

Love staying in Ptarmigan Village every time we visit Whitefish and the convenience of 5 min drive to the mtn is key as well as easy drive into town......love the ambiance and general low key vibe only downside was Wi-Fi was spotty the last two days and kept fading in an out intermittently making internet connection a bit annoying especially trying to do certain activities

The past few years, Ptarmigan Village Rentals # 55 has been my ski cabin retreat. On the slopes of big Mountain and so close to the Whitefish Ski Resort Lodge, three minutes . really! This hidden gem is nestled in a cedar forest, peaceful location, very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The immaculately maintained pools and hot tub are just a short distance away. Highly recommend checking them out after a day on the slope, skiing or glacier hiking before dinner at the fully equipped kitchen. If cooking isnt your thing, its just a short trip to whitefish where there is an abundance of restaurants and bars. This high-quality property, exceptional customer service has a seamless and smooth booking process that makes it a memorable place to stay.

Very nice place on the side of the mountain right below the ski hill. Its a great location and a very reasonable price.

Everything was fantastic! It was very easy to drive to the ski lodge and park there for free. The house, linens, communication and hot tub were all excellent.

Location and condo was great! Close to slopes and to downtown. Condo was clean and had everything needed in the kitchen. Bathrooms were clean and had plenty of towels. I would definitely stay again. My only hiccup was at check in when I called to get the lock box code after hours I had issues with my phone service. Was finally able to get through and get in.

Great location, super close to the hill. Accurate listing, clean and accommodating. The spiral staircase is the main access to the loft and downstairs bedrooms and are kinda difficult to navigate with luggage. Be mindful to really watch your step and use the handrail!
